Customer service person was terrible, not a listener, ensured safety on quality of RO water, though free waters test data, showed otherwise. Choosing to ignore data and subsequently shift stories to fit Company narrative or pass the buck does not bode well from a reputation and branding . Upon request of Supervisor, was put on a long hold after-which we came to some understanding. Overall It has left a bad taste and it need not have gone this way.
