  When our hot water heater blew out at our tenant’s place we immediately called Michael and Sons. They scheduled a visit by 1pm at the earliest and we were desperate. Luckily Tuman was able to make it earlier and got the job done in a very tight space by later that afternoon! He fixed several plumbing issues that were out of code and discovered that our secondary shut off valve was broken. Great service and a very professional experience. Thanks Tuman and the whole team! They seem pricey but that bought the professional repair with same day service.

  The appointment was easy to do and with a real person not a computer or AI. I was informed when the technician was on his way. He was very courteous and explained everything he saw and checked. He gave good recommendations to keep my units running better. Very helpful.

  Eric is outstanding! After contacting three plumbing companies and having two unsuccessful service visits that failed to resolve the issue with our water tank, we were uncertain whether Eric would be able to fix it. Nevertheless, we gave him the opportunity, and he delivered flawlessly. He was professional, efficient, and clearly explained the problem and solution. I will be requesting him again for any repairs or for maintenance.

  I had two technicians come out to diagnose a leak in my basement ceiling, both from M&S. I pointed out to the first technician (plumber) where the leak was coming from (I had water pooling on a recess light), plus a water stain in an adjacent spot, but he decided to only cut holes in the adjacent spot, and not look in the spot where the original leak was coming from. He made the conclusion that it was condensation building up on the AC duct directly above the adjacent spot. Moving onto the second technician (HVAC tech), he actually took the recess light out , and what he found was the toilet pipe right above the light, no HVAC duct. He questioned if the plumber from M&S even took the light out (not sure if he did or not - I trust M&S to find the source of the issue). The second tech looked at the area that the plumber cut holes in - sure enough the area was bone dry. I called M&S to refute the charge from the plumber, as I don’t believe he even took the light out to see if there was anything going on above the leak that I clearly pointed out to him, especially since the invoice I received does not state that he took out the recess light to find any issues. I’m still waiting for a call back.
