  Awesome work and service. My house was listed for sale and I needed to install a new roof fast. Kris was fast, did great work, and kept me informed by sending me pictures throughout the installation. Highly recommended!

  Kris met with me multiple time to ensure that initial review of the roof where complete. He prepared an extensive overview estimate for cost and material breakdown. On the day of the construction he was there to verify all material needed where onsite. On the follow-up day he and I did a walk around to make sure my concerns if any were addressed.

  Hired Kris and Anchor Remodeling after an extensive search for new window installation across the DMV. We needed 14 new double hung windows, a new bow window, 2 sliding glass doors, and a new entry door. Did a lot of homework — watched YouTube window installs, read professional inputs, and researched window materials. Kris stood out among some strong competition. He has a command of the information and spent time reviewing all of the materials with us. Very patient as we made our decision but always remained available to answer our follow up questions. His estimate was solid and his craftsmanship as well as that of his crew was terrific! Windows and doors look fabulous. Absolutely will continue to work with Kris on future home upgrades.

  A superb experience replacing a roof and skylight on a 35 yr old home. Discussions with the company owner (who was on-site throughout) were clear, informative, and helpful in making decisions and materials selections. The work crew was remarkable too: punctual, very careful with site prep, very organized and efficient in running the project (from old shingle tear off to completing installation of new roof/skylight/gutter guards). The entire project took approx. seven hours to finish and clean-up was thorough and complete. I highly recommend this veteran-owned, local remodeling company and I intend to use their services again.
