I got no help whatsoever from my local plumbing store, so i stopped bt Ferguson while in Bristol for business and Dereck was more than helpful in contacting to manufacturer to try to track down the part number. Although in the end we were unable to find the part due to a roadblock from the manufacturer, it was in no part due to lack of effort on Dereck's part.
