  Amazing customer support and service. Virginia power solutions installed our generator 4 years ago and since then they have serviced it every year. Their service technicians are top notch and their customer service and communications couldn't get any better. What makes them stand out is that they're personable and they take the time to listen and help solve whatever the problem is. I highly recommend them.

  Our new whole home generator install went extremely well even during some really nasty winter weather. From initial scheduling, generator and gas connection through the electrical connection and final county inspection it all was professionally accomplished by friendly and knowledgeable technicians. The install was definitely made more difficult as it was accomplished during and around some nasty winter weather. Special mention of technician Tyler E Austin who provided friendly and knowledgeable explanations of the process.

  From Bubba, our first person to to visit, to Tyler, the last, and everyone in between, the entire group was a pleasure to deal with. All were professional, were obviously well trained, and very good at what they do. They work as a well-oiled team. They notify you in advance of a visit with who is coming and followed the schedule they presented to a "T". Highly recommend VPS.
