- DMDiontey McDonaldMay 30, 20251.0This is the worst company I have had the displeasure of working with. Our elevator has been down for two weeks and as of today, potentially another. We were told someone would look at our elevator last Monday which transitioned the following Friday, then Monday to Wednesday and then promised today. They went radio silent for 8 hours after promising someone would arrive at our property at 8am, then I was told someone arrived at 3pm, which no one did, and then I was met with a nonchalant supervisor who also had no answers. I will be requesting a termination of our contract as soon as possible and I recommend that no one else does business with them. If I could give them no stars and still leave a review, that would’ve been my first option.
