  Let me start by saying The technician Brian Edward’s is so unbelievably kind and considerate of my father and his memory issues, he has been taking care of my dads generator for a few years now, and ALWAYS goes above what he’s expected to do, he’s kind, makes recommendations, and really does do more to keep the area safe and that’s what’s important. He also is a fabulous conversationalist and will willing chat ! I can’t recommend anyone else as nice as him. Also when you call for help, it’s blazing fast service ( even at 2am) Brian needs a raise !! Thank you.

  Everyone at Virginia Power Solutions did an exceptional job! From Bubba Nicely, the Power Advisor; Marc Avinger, the Install Manager; Kim Snyder, the Power Manager; to the gas and electrical teams: Peyton, Walter, Dougie, Tyler (and Tyler!), Joshua, Damar and Austin, we couldn't have been more pleased. They were all extremely professional and knowledgeable, and we were kept informed at all times regarding scheduling. We would highly recommend Virginia Power Solutions!

  These guys are the best! We had Bubba out for our initial quote, and he was extremely helpful with coming up with a plan and answering all our questions. All the installers were always on time, polite and professional. They clearly take pride in their work and the finished project looks great. Would not hesitate to use them again!

  We called for a quote and my husband and Mark Eubank hit it off. So we decided to go with VPS. The installation team was very professional and efficient. The electrical team came out and thank goodness, because they noticed a leak in my crawl space and made sure I knew to call a plumber. Josh was very friendly and helpful. Tyler was patient with me and the app, and my crazy dog. I would definitely recommend VPS. I'm ready for the next storm!

  It has been a long time since I have encountered such exceptional service from a company as this . We hired them for a maintenance service and found out our generator had been installed completely violating all kinds of codes and hazards. They did a complete re install and the whole process was so painless and efficient. Marks install team was courteous , considerate, communicative, efficient and thorough. Everyone we corresponded with was knowledgeable and pleasant which is rare these days .highly recommend and so glad to have found a reliable and honest service company!
