When we called in December, we were assured our insulation would be installed before the new year so we could qualify for expiring tax credits. They first agreed to schedule us for the week before the holidays, then said they were full when we asked for a specific date. We cut our holiday trip short to make a later 31 Dec appointment, only to be told all of their workers had called out the night before. When I called to complain that their delays had effectively cost us $500, they refused to take responsibility, saying they “couldn’t control the schedule,” and would not provide contact information for anyone who could address the issue. Just, wow.

Our house has a condition attic and crawl. Our light bills have gone down drastically and our house stays much cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter.
