They were well organized, the quality of work was excellent, the staff was friendly and if it hadn't been so darn cold I would have popped into Lost Rhino (just around the corner) for a beer while I waited. It's in the middle of data center/industrial park land but well worth the drive.

I needed the entire side mirror assembly replaced. I called Patriot because they had been good enough to come to my house and attempt to replace the glass when I couldn't safely drive the car. Their technician completed the job quickly and in expert fashion and I am safely back on the road. Highly recommend.
