  My experience with TerraStream Energy has been great TerrraStream Representative Ion porvides excellent customer service. He is knowledgeable about Solar Panels, professional, informative, resourceful and responsive to his customers. Project Manager Kevin excellent customer service as well. Professional installers/crew John prompt, polite and courteous. TerraStream from my 1st acquaintance to present experience always the best business relationship. I interviewed with three Solar Companies prior. I am glad I selected TerraStream as my Solar provider. Thank you for your great service.

  Jerry and Mike and the whole team that did the installation were really professional, straight to the point, it only took a day for the to install it, and then a couple more weeks for the panels to be turned ON but overall everything was great. I was a little scared at first when i first accept it but Jerry and Mike broke it down for me and make it easygoing.

  From the very start of our decision to have solar panels installed, we have been so very pleased with the kindness and overwhelming customer support and knowledge. First, it was the salesperson, who totally won us over using facts and not high pressure sales techniques. Then the roofers who were very considerate and worked in a professional manner.   I would highly recommend TerraStream to anyone. We had a rep come out, check our home to see if solar would work for us and make a quick sketch up. Then someone came out to get some specifics for the engineer who would design our system. The install crew came out and brought it to life, and were very quick about it. Once everything was set up all we had to do was wait on Pepco to do everything on their end. Once everything was good to go we got some awesome post install support to let us know how everything worked and to take care of some final details from the install, and set us up with an App to monitor our solar usage. I look forward to future work with TerraStream!
