- JDJohn DeRosaJan 20, 20265.0This was my first time using Perry Air Services and I certainly will be calling on them again. I talked to the service manager Steve about my hot water radiator system"s problems. So Steve decided to send one of his top technicians Brendan. When Brendan arrived we talked about the boiler's high water pressure and one of the radiators exhibiting a blockage. He then found the water inlet valve to the boiler, and adjusted the amount of water pressure coming in from the outside and that corrected the high pressure in the boiler. Next he troubleshot what might be going on with the blocked radiator and finally decided that instead of coming back and using a cleaner solution for the blocked radiator that he would first try using the house water pressure to clear out the blocked radiator. This solved the problem. Needless to say I was extremely happy
- JGJames GentileMay 3, 20241.0Zero stars. TL;DR: I was fleeced out of $95. I paid for a technician to listen to the outdoor unit. He failed to take any system measurements, and, not surprisingly, misdiagnosed the problem. Can I please get a refund? The technician listened to the system and didn't take pressure and temperature readings. I paid $95 for this 'divination' and was told the system was definitely low on refrigerant and I'd receive a quote for a leak check and future steps. Adding to my dissatisfaction, I never received an invoice, which has caused me inconvenience and uncertainty about the status of my service request. I had another technician over today and paid $110 for a real diagnostic that involved the technical measuring of the system. Low refrigerant was not my issue; there was an obstruction of airflow.
