  My dog pawed my window on a Saturday and Metric windows responded the same day. Fouad provided a reasonable quote. Once the replacement pane arrived; it was installed in an hour. I would recommend Metric windows for their responsiveness and great pricing.

  *Highly Recommend* *Exceptional Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Overall Workmanship* I’ve used Metric Windows for multiple projects and have been extremely satisfied every time. Fouad, the owner, does excellent work and pays close attention to the details that really matter. He’s handled full glass enclosures, window pane replacements, and half-glass installations for me, all with great results. Communication is always prompt, turnaround is fast, and the overall customer service is outstanding. His pricing is very fair. You may find cheaper quotes elsewhere, but the quality of the workmanship, materials, and post-installation support easily make up the difference. What really stands out is Fouad’s honesty. He never upsells at your expense—in fact, during a bathroom glass project, he recommended a less expensive glass option because it was the right choice for the space. That level of transparency is rare and appreciated. Highly recommend Metric Windows if you want quality work and a contractor you can trust.

  We had a pleasant experience with Metric Windows. They were communicating fast and efficiently. Installation of a new glass took very little time and Fuad was very patient and thorough in his job. Excellent service, highly recommended.

  I contacted Metric windows for a comparison quote to replace a patio door glass and a window glass and they were so rude to me (see image attached). A customer should be able to ask and compare prices and freely make a decision to choose a business, especially if they find a better price elsewhere. I do not recommend Metric Windows, very unprofessional and more pricey.
