Juan came out today and was very knowledgeable and able to have a quick solution and fix. I remembered him from a few years ago when he came and did maintenance as well. It is nice to see same technicians come back years later, and the other technicians that I have used I had the pleasure of working with again. Thank you!

His good humor despite the late hour, his efficiency at diagnosing the issue and getting my electricity back on, was phenomenal. He was professional and clearly explained the different options to fix the issue in my almost 50 year old home. Mr. Stone is an asset to the company, and makes Michael and Son the reason they have been my go-to for electrical and plumbing the last 20 years.

He almost immediately detected the problem and began rewiring the problem areas and replacing old sockets. He was prompt and kept us informed of what he was doing. I would recommend Michael & Sons and Hanbyeol Kim. I also appreciate and like that Michael and Sons sends a picture of the technician that will be doing the work.

Maurice helped us work with our insurance company so things would go smoothly. Matt was also very helpful to us and a hard worker. We would highly recommend them all. Joshua was our plumber from Michael and sons that came out as well and gave us an estimate. He too, was very knowledgeable and professional. We were looking forward to working with him however, the remodeling department was responsible for doing the job that we needed done. We wouldn't hesitate to use Joshua for any of our future plumbing needs

Showed me the pictures of the internal system and temperature numbers that were within range with the manufacturers specification. He also made good recommendations for other products, but I could not afford them at this time as well as energy saving tips.I would highly recommend this technician to everyone's for heating services.
