  Poor craftsmanship. Patchy carpet job.. shows lines and you can see the mistakes. Had to quote several times to get the square footage correct. They also blew out my drywall while installing the carpet. It ruined my handrail and ripped it out of the wall. After contacting CarpetLand, they told me they would fix it repeatedly and ended up ignoring me. Ignore the decent pricing and go elsewhere.

  Put in a runner and carpet in upstairs hallway. Had an issue during the initial install but team was very professional listening to our concerns and fixed the concern we had (pet related). Looks great

  Carpetland was great from start to finish. John the salesman explained everything to us and gave us a quote taht was literally half as much as a competitor for a similar carpet. Francisco did an awesome job installing the carpet. His team came on time, installed the carpet profesisonally, even matched the carpet metal straps to the door handles. He also answered all of our questions and was able to cut up a piece of our old carpet to use in a different room.
