  I visited your showroom recently and unfortunately did not have a positive experience. The staff was not very helpful, and the manager’s attitude came across as rude and dismissive. Additionally, the selection of stone options outside of the very high-cost slabs was extremely limited, which was disappointing. Not every client is looking for premium-tier pricing, and I believe all customers deserve respectful service regardless of budget. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as customer experience matters just as much as inventory quality.

  Arizona Tile is so great to work with! Everyone is super helpful, and I’ve especially loved working with Lank for slabs. Their customer service is awesome, and they have a huge selection of beautiful materials for slabs, tile you name it. Go check them out!

  Hands down the best place to get tile and counter slabs. They don't have a huge slab collection, but they are so great to work with and their prices are better than others. Their tile selection is really great! High end product at not rediculous pricing.

  Ask for Lank! I have been to this location about 5 times this year browsing slabs for our new build. Usually we didn’t even have anyone really help us while we browsed but even when I set up an appointment with someone no one was as helpful or as nice to work with as Lank. I walked in without an appointment and he volunteered to show us around to the specific slabs I came to look at. He ended up helping me find a slab that wasn’t even on my list that is just perfect for our home. He is knowledgeable, kind, patient and a great person to work with on your project. 10/10 highly recommend.

  I haven't been to their showroom in person but have worked with the staff on many occasions as I work for a countertop installation company. Our sales rep Shawna is great to work with and the staff at Arizona tile (both the order desk and showroom) have always been super helpful on the phone and I have had several clients tell me Arizona Tile was their favorite and most helpful slab yard they visited. I also want to give a huge shout out to Beau in the showroom. He caught a simple mistake we made in one of our orders that ended up saving me, our company, and the client several hours that we would have spent remedying the situation. Thanks Beau!
