  We had part of replaced in our Water Heater. I called Thursday and scheduled appointment for Friday. Aaron Stewart our technician was Awesome, he was very professional, and very informative. I highly recommend Valley Plumbing and Aaron Stewart. Thank you for the 5 start service!

  We use Valley for everything plumbing. Fair pricing, friendly staff and excellent work. Stephen recently helped us out with a leaking water heater after hours, and was great! Can't recommend Valley Plumbing enough.

  I contacted Valley for help with a new faucet. The scheduling was a breeze and I was able to choose from a variety of time blocks that best fit my schedule. They confirmed the appointment booking. And then today, the day of service, they let me know when a technician was dispatched, who it was, and identifying details. I really appreciate those extra steps to confirm the legitimacy of who is coming to my door. Trey did an amazing job listening to what I needed, suggesting options, getting me a bid and ultimately doing the work - which I am very happy with. Trey gave excellent service - explaining what he was doing along the way - and was very respectful and professional. While he was here, I went ahead and got another bid for a future project and would definitely use them again,

  When I called Belle answered the phone scheduled my appointment. Then she kept me updated to his whereabouts as there was a 2 hour window. Most companies do not do that. She is great to work with! Then the technician Kaden sent me a message that he is on the way. When he got here he was very professional and definitely knows what he doing. He showed me the problem areas in our plumbing and explained our options to repair them. Overall a great experience with everyone at Valley Plumbing Heating & Cooling. Cheers!!

  Selling my home, so I had the Heater and AC unit tuned up. Upon inspection My 20+ year old system was showing signs of Failure. It would last 2 years (hopefully) for the new owners. Neither I nor the Valley inspector (Ro) thought that fair for the new buyers. I choose to have a complete system installed. Valley gave me a great price and was able to install it in days not weeks. I was fortunate to get the Austins, That's Austin and Auston. They were quick, courteous and respectful of my home. I am completely satisfied with the job they did. I expected nothing less than stellar service, Since that's what I received 2 years ago when I had my 50 Gallon water heater replaced by Valley/Tower Plumbing.
