  Just finished replacing our 27 year old roof with IWC - was referred to them by a friend. They communicated well, had a competitive bid (I got several to compare with), and did a great job. Our roof is special, steepest pitch possible, and 3 stories tall. Others wouldn't even bid on it. Took two days because it is special. Bidding process was smooth and no high pressure sales tactics. We scheduled several months in advance, but the weather decided to turn on us for our scheduled days, but IWC was quick to be flexible and move it up a few days for us. Workers were polite and didn't cause any problems. They uses safety harnesses and I never saw them taking unnecessary risks. They provided photos of the tear off, new ridge vent cut outs, and finished result. Replacing a roof is a big project, they did a pretty good job cleaning up, however I did run my own magnet around the yard afterwards and picked up about 79 nails. I saw them running magnets around but that's part of the process. Would recommend.

  A Neighbor and myself needed to have roof replacements and we were hoping to find a company that would offer a discount if we went in together. I got IWC as a referral from another neighbor who recently had their roof done who spoke very highly of them. Breiden came out to meet with us, very personable and low key. We learned about the product quality, its 50 year warranty, IWC’s preferred sponsorship by the manufacturer, IWC’c extended warranty on their labor and gave us a great price within a few hours. When I compared them to the other two bids it was a hands-down decision for me, I was going to go with IWC regardless of what my neighbor did. Needless to say we both chose IWC. IWC sent out two crews on the same day to remove and install our new roofs all in one day. The started around 7AM in the morning and by 5:30 PM they were done. The installation and color looked amazing!! They did a fantastic job cleaning my property and came back power washed the driveway. I don’t know if it’s protocol but Breiden was there at the end of the day and talked with my neighbor and me to see if we were satisfied. IWC has now done four homes in our neighborhood and I have had three other people want to get in contact with them when it’s time to replace their roofs. You only need one bid and it’s from IWC.

  Josh and his crew were amazing to work with! Josh came to check out my house and situation personally after speaking to him on the phone. He made sure it was handled by when we needed it to and it was done in a day. Everything looks great and the included warranty really gives us peace of mind. Thanks so much Josh!

  After 20 years it was finally time for a new roof on my house. I asked around and IWC came highly reviewed. I called and Josh showed up and looked at my roof and gave a list of options that could be done to help with the look and overall summer heat. After some thought I had IWC add a full ridge vent system and presidential style shingles. Josh brought me samples and helped me choose the right color. I can say my experience with IWC was nothing less than stellar. I have 14/12 pitch with gable wrap shingles and even adding ridge vent to my entire roof line they did a full tear off and reinstall in 2 days. Their whole crew did an outstanding job, extremely professional, and cleaned my property immaculately. IWC even sent a professional pressure washing company to spray out the single grit from the control joints in my driveway. I did get several quotes for this work and IWC was the right price and definitely the choice. I will hire them again to roof my shop when it’s finished. Great company!

  A roofing company should be able to get a new roof on. This is the minimum. It's all the other stuff that goes along with that. I'm not using my real name here, but I got a new roof by IWC two years ago and these are my complaints: - Knocked the hell out of the gas vent pipe that connects to my water heater—can't get it back in place and makes a lot of noise now, very frustrating (they make sure to tell you beforehand that they might have to do this and it won't be their fault—awesome!) - Completely fell through on their promise to clean up. Over the course of the week after they installed the roof, I picked up, literally, over 100 small little bits of cellophane all over my front, back, and side yard, and about 20 nails. Two years later, I'm still finding trash they left behind. - Left a long, 20-ft. scrape mark down the middle of my new-ish driveway from the dumpster after they said they would be really careful. - The company that does the pressure washing came out about three weeks after installation of the roof after I had already washed off the driveway myself, since I didn't think they were going to show. - Caulking was extremely sloppy. I mentioned all of these things to the foreman, and he came out to inspect everything and thought everything looked fine. Guess we have different standards. Conclusion: Getting a new roof on is something a lot of companies do. Most have no problem with this. Lots of companies will make all kinds of promises and reassurances beforehand about all the other stuff, like cleaning up. IWC failed. They talk a slick game beforehand and will probably talk you into buying a roof from them, but, sorry, I would not recommend IWC to any friends or family.
