He showed and explained what they were doing in a very clear and understandable way. I decided to call them and make an appointment to have them look at our house as we have had a few small cracks which had started on one interior wall recently. They had an opening in the schedule the next day. David was very prompt and courteous. I showed him the areas of concern and he measured several points upstairs and basement so that we could see if the floors and ceilings were flat and level and if there had been any foundation movement. I was very pleased with the results and there was no charge for the visit. I also noted that they cleaned the other job site so thoroughly when they were done that you couldn't even tell that they'd been there. I would definitely call Davenport if I needed an evaluation.
- SRStephen RNov 21, 20171.0Shady and Dishonest! I saw the crew in my neighborhood and asked if they would come give me a quote. They gave me 2 quotes. One quote was for if the company did it, the lesser quote was "on the side". Really?! Who does business like that? They also advertise they can lift during the winter. Beware, you cannot life on frozen ground, because once the dirt underneath thaws in spring it will settle again! Don't believe their lies and dishonest sales methods! The owner should be ashamed.
