It's a little further for us to get there but I think it is worth it. 2 days later, we realized how bad the 2x12x16 board were. All if them have some really questionable cracks. One of them in particular actually split as we were cutting the stringer out of it. I would return all of them if not because the lumber were so heavy and so much work involved. Although they were very kind as to allow a return, it cost us a lot of time having to hook up the trailer and the trip back & forth. Although I like a lot of things about BMC West, it does not offer customers to pick their own lumber. I think they should at least offer customers to examine the lumber before they bundle them up and load on the trailer. I hope they would consider this option.

Try to talk to anyone else and they won't do anything, been trying to get ahold of them for over a week because I bought a sliding glass door from them had them deliver it and they haven't gave us our screen that we paid for. Getting really sick of them saying we will have our one employ call you back then them blowing us off don't waste your money with there poor customer service!

I immediately called Jared and within 30 mins Devon was dispatched to my house to assess the situation and immediately corrected all the doors and took the time to go above and beyond including hanging and making adjustments to all the doors. I have never been so impressed with customer service and the care I received to get the situation resolved so quickly. Devon was great to work with and had fantastic communication. I recommend BMC for all home improvement needs because of there amazing attitude to help customers
