  2 employees here destroyed the Tailgate on my 2019 Toyota Tacoma and the lift almost fell off the Truck they sent me off of the lot with an unsafe load but claimed it was my fault wouldn't accept any responsibility do not recommend.

  Called 3 separate times, waited on hold for almost 5 minutes each time. Couldn’t get anyone to answer.

  Great people great prices and great service. I’ll never go anywhere other than Herc. They have a ton of selection for all types of different trades also, I was pleasantly surprised.

  Don’t ever rent from HERC RENTALS This company is full of a bunch of crooked people, we rented a few machines from them for a couple months. When we first went to pick up the machines we stated that we didn’t need a trailer and they told us “it’s already loaded so you can just take the trailer” little did we know they were going to try and charge us $8,000 for a trailer rental for 3 months! Could’ve gone and bought a new trailer for the same amount. These people are so crooked it’s not even funny. Wish I could give negative stars for how this company is ran because I definitely would.

  They used to be good. The last three times I have gone there I have had a bad experince. The first time the trailer was busted and I got out of there an hour late. Because I got out late I couldn't get to the dumps before they closed and ended up being late on another job because it pushed into another day. The next time I rented it was supposed to be a four hour rental and was charged for a full day. Then I rented a dump trailer and was told everything was fine when I checked it in. No notations on the invoice that anything was wrong. No having us go out with them and check if anything was wrong, nothing. They sent me a bill a month later for $250 dollars saying there was a nail in the tire. Yet no one can tell or show me that there was a nail in the tire when we dropped it off. On top of that when we rented an skidster it was only 2/3 full of gas. If we didn't say anything we most likely would have been charged for the gas that was low. If I end up paying the $250 I guarantee I will never go there again.
