Comfort Solutions began with only one employee and a service van out of a garage, and has grown to be one of Utah’s largest and well-respected Heating, Air and Fireplace comfort providers. In 2007 C.S. acquired Uintah Gas Fireplace in order to expand it’s comfort selection. In 2012 we merged with Elite Fireplace and Robert Love Heating. 2014 we added Airworx HVAC to our team. Our biggest acquisition took place July of 2015 adding Hartman Heating to our brands. Our hard work, growth and great customer service makes us the Largest Trane Comfort Specialist in the Rocky Mountain Region. In addition one of the largest suppliers of Napoleon fireplace products.

Our ng fireplace went out last year at the end of winter once it started getting chilly this year I called and set up an appointment. They use an AI agent that, although life like and very fast, was uncomfortable to listen to. Not because of the voice, but the fact that they had odd "office" noises in the background, including very loud typing as it processed responses. Otherwise, the appointment setup was smooth and much faster than a live agent. The appointment technology they have is appreciated, they send reminders that are simple to understand, and on the appointment day they send a pic of the technician that is being sent. The technician Jason, was kind, knowledgeable, and worked quickly. We had a nice chat about the AI agent they use, and some other small talk. He worked quickly and was able to identify the issue with my fireplace (bad control module). I looked up the cost of the module and it was between $45-$60 on various sites. Comfort Solutions was charging ~$500 for the part, labor, and warranty. I asked if they could come down on the price, after asking the manager the lowest they would go was $250. Unfortunately this seemed far too high for an $50 module that was simple to replace/install. Overall the experience was positive and I'll be calling them again if I need any work done on anything else. I would recommend that if you call them make sure you check the price of what they're installing.

They then charged my parents $300 dollars to remove a spider web from said system. An absolute rip off !! Literally taking advantage of the elderly. I cannot think of a more vile thing to do. will never and I mean NEVER use this company or recommend it to anyone. Shame on you.
