He spends 5-10 minutes talking back and forth with his manager he says. Leaves my girlfriend who was there to let him in a big list of things to replace. Basically beat up my good opperating furnace. He had to talk to me about it. So I get there and he sees I work for a company that sales HVAC equipment and says my furnace is old. He done all he can do for the day and had 1 suggestion it turned out instead of a huge list. My equipment isnt a peice of junk. It may need some fixing up. Which he said he'd send a quote for. He charged me $70 instead of the 200 cause he refused to service. I didnt get a air filter like I was told Id get all for nothing. Its been over 2 weeks and still dont have a quote. I wouldn't get on here and complain but thought Id get word out. That these guys are only in business to scare people into an upgrade. I called in a complaint to the office they said I got their best sales man and installer. They said their manager or owner would be calling. I haven heard anything. There's not enough money in it to keep your perfectly running farnce in good condition. There's a big push to upgrade cause of code changes one thing or another but fall for that scam! There's just a big scam company! I know I have good equipment as he assumed when he met me. The company used before said my equipment is in very good shape. Thought Id try something new. I regret not using the prior but will go back. Cause theyll maintain what I already have. Walker plumbing and HVAC customer service sucks! They wont get my money when it comes time cause it will happen one day!
