We received great service as Steve took our call and Quincy stayed a few minutes late to accommodate us. We didn't ask for it but he even included a bit just to make sure we had the right size. It was a good thing because the drill we had been using was not the same size. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Then they took $30.00 off my deposit as a fuel charge because that tank was half empty when they dropped it off. Also lied about the fork length which caused me to have to rent fork extensions.
