I found the coupon in the mailer for the service and it reminded me I hadn't had my garage door serviced for a few years. I made the appointment and they fit me in quickly and worked with my schedule. John-Luke was my tech and he was awesome. He did recommend showing to make my door last longer but there was zero pressure. Once he pointed it out, I quickly said yes. The work was done well and his customer service was excellent. I am putting in a photo of the piece he upgraded. Compare it with your garage door and you will see why it was recommended. Thank you again, John-Luke!!! Btw, remanded to get your garage door serviced yearly to save money in repairs. It does make a difference.
