- JMJohn MooreApr 22, 20241.0Walked through the house and the materials looked and felt very cheap. A few friends who bought houses in this neighborhood did not have good things to say about the local office or Richmond. Many locals said they realized Richmond doesn't care after you buy a home. New homes already needing repairs, burst sprinklers, broken closet doors, defective appliances, etc. What a joke. We have decided to go with a different builder. This is unprofessional and offensive to the construction industry.
