- BMBic MitchellJun 19, 20231.0Stop building new houses that aren’t even sold yet and finish our yards and finish the house problems for so many of us who spent 500-600k for the houses you built! Paint is horrible, drywall horrible, and workmanship is very worrying for all of us in this community!! Multiple yards are flooding and they say it’s normal but fences are sinking, can’t do landscaping or concrete!!

I have raw material showing on my staircase. Also, a huge gap between the tub and tile. Drywall screws are coming through everywhere. They said it was normal, but I don’t think it is. They installed the cheapest sprinkler system. This builder installs showers that belong in a trailer in their homes. Again, cheap. Even the concrete is falling apart less than 2 years. **edit: Customer service reacted. Things were scheduled to be fixed & things were actually fixed. However, we sold the house prior to them fixing everything. I moved the rating from 1 ⭐️ to ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️
