  Southwest Air is always professional, reliable, knowledgeable. We have used them for many years for everything from a seasonal check up, repairs or an entire HVAC replacement and have always been pleased with the work and genuine concern for the customer.

  Michael Stevenson was very thorough and pointed out a few things that might need addressing in the future. However, we chose to have the parts replaced now instead of hoping they didn’t fail during the hot summer. We highly recommend Michael and Southwest Heating & Air.

  We had an excellent experience with Michael and couldn’t be more grateful for his help. Our AC unit had a clogged drainage pipe, and he quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue without any hassle. What really stood out was that he went above and beyond: He installed a safety device that will detect future clogs and automatically shut off the system if water starts to build up. That kind of proactive care gave us real peace of mind. Michael was incredibly kind, courteous, and professional throughout the entire visit. He took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Highly recommend Michael to anyone needing AC services. Top-notch work and outstanding customer care!
