- DMDoug McPhieNov 12, 20255.0We had our water heater serviced. Setaki was great to work with and wonderfully communicative. The service was just inside the 6 year warranty period. So it covered the gas valve, and we had him replace the expansion tank while he was there. Another code popped up yesterday evening, so he came back out today and under warranty replaced the pilot light, a sensor and the thermal couple. They have communicated with Rheem and determined that if there should be further problems, the company will provide at no charge a new water heater, including labor. My experience shows why my cousin referred me to this company and why they have a five star rating! They are intent on the customer having a satisfactory experience.
