When I called Southwest Cooling and Heating, I didn't expect a young man to be assigned to the task. Michael was up to my needs. He made the filter changes; he inspected the furnace and gave it good marks. The heat pump needed parts which he obtained and made the install. Michael made recommendations for future service; he's a good tech - keep him!
