  I am a litigation paralegal, and I see a lot of shady things done by contractors that result in lawsuits. I have trust issues. My furnace is 28 years old. I rather expected to be told it would have to be replaced because that would be an easy sale considering how old it is. However, Brad did a thorough evaluation and made some recommendations, and the heater is working. I decided it was worth replacing one part, and we had my flue worked on because the high winds out here some times trick that furnace that something is blocked. Brad was very knowledgeable. I really admire the honesty and integrity. I am planning to replace two heaters and two AC units, and S&S is totally getting my business. I am pushing my luck with these units being 28 years old. Thank you so much!

  Chad did an awesome job. He thoroughly checked out our furnace and the problem we had was on a setting that was causing our furnace to heat unevenly in our home. He showed us how to change the setting and even helped me get hooked up on the Carrier Smart app. He was very knowledgeable and professional and only charge us with the $99 fee to diagnose the problem. So happy to find someone we can trust with our Carrier Infinity furnace. Thank you Chad.

  I was thoroughly impressed with S&S Mechanical from the very beginning. They sent their first technician, Miles, out to troubleshoot the system, and his professionalism and expertise were immediately apparent. He took the time to thoroughly assess the system, quickly identified the issue, and clearly explained what was going on in a way that was easy to understand. Miles also provided multiple well-thought-out options for resolution, answering all my questions and ensuring I felt confident moving forward. Logan then took the time to visit me again to review the different system options I was considering. Logan was extremely knowledgeable, not pushy at all, and explained everything clearly so I could make the best decision for my needs. When Jonah and Austin arrived to install the system, they truly exceeded my expectations. They worked long hours on Friday to ensure everything was not only fully installed, but also thoroughly tested and operating exactly as it should. Their attention to detail was exceptional—they even identified and corrected a leak caused by a kink in a line from the original installation that could have easily been overlooked. Beyond their technical skill, Jonah and Austin were professional, respectful, and clearly took great pride in their work. Austin, in particular, walked me through every aspect of the system and made sure I fully understood how it operated before they left. The level of customer service and overall experience I received from this team is truly rare these days, and the care, knowledge, and dedication they demonstrated throughout the entire process went far above and beyond my expectations. I genuinely don’t think I could have had a better experience.
