He showed us how to change the setting and even helped me get hooked up on the Carrier Smart app. He was very knowledgeable and professional and only charge us with the $99 fee to diagnose the problem. So happy to find someone we can trust with our Carrier Infinity furnace. Thank you Chad.

They sent their first technician, Miles, out to troubleshoot the system, and his professionalism and expertise were immediately apparent. He took the time to thoroughly assess the system, quickly identified the issue, and clearly explained what was going on in a way that was easy to understand. Miles also provided multiple well-thought-out options for resolution, answering all my questions and ensuring I felt confident moving forward. Logan then took the time to visit me again to review the different system options I was considering. Logan was extremely knowledgeable, not pushy at all, and explained everything clearly so I could make the best decision for my needs. When Jonah and Austin arrived to install the system, they truly exceeded my expectations. They worked long hours on Friday to ensure everything was not only fully installed, but also thoroughly tested and operating exactly as it should. Their attention to detail was exceptional—they even identified and corrected a leak caused by a kink in a line from the original installation that could have easily been overlooked. Beyond their technical skill, Jonah and Austin were professional, respectful, and clearly took great pride in their work. Austin, in particular, walked me through every aspect of the system and made sure I fully understood how it operated before they left. The level of customer service and overall experience I received from this team is truly rare these days, and the care, knowledge, and dedication they demonstrated throughout the entire process went far above and beyond my expectations. I genuinely don’t think I could have had a better experience.
