  This company has not answered any phone calls and messages in the last 6 months. Their prepaid service program is a scam. They take your money and do no provide the services you paid for. Very frustrating.

  One star for the reason here. Are they in business still? I have called 2x at different times, days, and weeks, left a vm and also texted, but received no response. I am trying to schedule an appointment. My calls went straight to vm. The company needs to be transparent if they are out of business so that I can stop calling and waste time. I think I may pay a visit in person to schedule.

  I have submitted a service request multiple times, called, and left a message each time. Whenever I called, it always went to the answering machine. Nobody from Skylake responded to my request. It is very frustrating.

  Dan from Skylake was really friendly and professional. Serviced our Geothermal HVAC system. Always had good service from Skylake, definitely recommend.

  I had them fix my zoning system which I found was done poorly. Wires were hooked up wrong which caused the compressor outside to run non stop. when I asked to have the fee refunded they refused. I paid a lot of money to have the job done right the first time and was charged when i wanted it fixed because it wasn’t done right. I will take my business elsewhere. If you want something done right the first time choose another company.
