I was given options from the minimum I wanted to have completed, two areas that need attention. There was no pressure or Sales discussions that were not fully opened and understood. I appreciate his professionalism.

He was professional and kept me informed of the entire process before he did the work. He snaked the line and cleared up my clog. He cleaned up after himself and left the area nice and clean.

They were amazing in fixing our water softener plumbing problem that the water softener installers plumbed completely backwards. They have done a fabulous job helping us with our water heater, rerouting our hot water, installing a new outside hose connection and many more services. They are fantastic, timely, and great to work with. Their pricing is fair and reasonable. I highly recommend Eric's Plumbing!

Wanting to be sure, I decided to get a second opinion and contacted Eric’s Plumbing. Eric’s team came out, assessed the situation, and snaked the pipe again. They determined it was actually a clog, not a collapse, and proceeded to jet the line, which fully cleared the issue. Richie, the technician, was extremely thorough and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly and even showed us video footage of the pipe. He walked us through what had happened and pointed out exactly where repairs may be needed in the future. I really appreciated the honesty, transparency, and level of care we received. We will definitely be using Eric’s Plumbing going forward and highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable service.
