He was perfessional, calm demeanor, listened patiently for my background story of what happened and what I did so that he could accurately assess and resolve the issue. After listening he basically knew exactly what to do and had no problems with me watching or asking questions. If I asked him why he is doing what he is doing, he understood I was just wanting to know and didnt take it personally. He was respectful the entire time and got finished cleaning and clearing my drains within about 25min. Definitely recommend these guys! Thanks Chris.
