  We bought our house and just two weeks later, the main waterline broke. Between the move and the major leak, we were incredibly stressed. We called Eric’s Plumbing and they sent out Richie and Caesar, who were absolute lifesavers. They made the entire repair a seamless process! They explained everything clearly and made a very stressful situation feel manageable. If you want professional, honest service, ask for these guys!

  Blake did an amazing job! Every time we used our upstairs shower it was leaking down into our pantry. We were sure that we were going to have to cut holes in our drywall to find the leak. Blake came out, inspected the shower carefully and saw that there seemed to be an issue with the faucet. The faucet was leaking back into the wall whenever the water was turned on and it got a lot worse if we turned on the shower. Blake replaced the faucet in just a few minutes that did the trick. I can't tell you how thankful I was that he did a thorough check of the shower before cutting any holes in the wall or ceiling. Blake was quick, professional, and super friendly. We will be calling Eric's Plumbing & Drain Clean for all of our plumbing needs from now on.

  This is the BEST plumbing company. I wish I'd found them years ago. Richie (along with Levi, Ian, Mason) installed a liner in my main sewer line and did several other needed repairs. I also talked with Eric the owner who helped troubleshoot an issue with such kindness and expertise. These guys, along with their office staff (Dee and Angie), are excellent at what they do. Their customer service is second to none. AND, they stand by their work. Finding a trusted plumber is a relief. I am grateful to be on their annual maintenance plan. Many thanks to Eric's Plumbing & Drain Cleaning!

  I like Bob Very professional 👏 mindful of my front door closing so animals don't get out. He communicated as we where working though the problem. Didn't over sell and adjusted as we evaluated the situation. Noticed the water heater needed to be updated because of age advised without a heavy sell. Which makes me want to have only you guys come back to do the job. That trust is important in this kind of work. Again billing was updated as we progressed there was no fear selling going on. I feel that if i had an emergency water situation going on and I was at work , that Bob would have been honest with advisement to my wife And not taken advantage of an emergency situation. Thanks again for your service and having hired a professional and not a con man. You are now in my contact list.
