  Liberty Restoration is absolutely AMAZING!! We had a surprise sewer backup on a Sunday night, Mother's Day specifically, and Liberty personnel showed up within an hour of my call to them. Their crew pulled carpet and padding and affected drywall, vacuumed the water and other disgustingness, placed fans and a dehumidifier, and had the mitigation well underway within about 90 minutes! I have been kept updated and well-informed about the process and what comes next along the way, and this has greatly helped keep the anxiety of a bad situation under control. I highly recommend their services!!

  The only reason I gave it two stars instead of one is because the first person to assess the water damage was really good to work with and talk to (her name is Samantha or Sam and I think she’s a manager). Our job wasn’t big enough so we were last priority and it showed. The General Contractor that was assigned to my project was terrible. His name is Josh. We would text and call him 5 or 6 times without a word from him. He would forget to schedule subcontractors to work and we would be hung out to dry for weeks on end at times. Two different times he scheduled someone to be at my house but forgot to tell me about it so I had to rush home to meet someone there. It was completely obvious to us that we weren’t a priority to him. He later admitted to us that our job was just too small and they wouldn’t be making any money from it and that it would’ve been better for everyone if we had a fire instead because then we all would get more money…that explained his behavior throughout the project. It took Liberty two months to remove two cabinet boxes and a piece of countertop and spray for mold. Worst experience ever.

  We’ve had Liberty help us with water damage from flooding on one occasion and mold removal from a leak on another occasion. We worked with Corbin who was very responsive and helpful as he walked us through the process of repairs and worked closely with our insurance when we ended up needing new carpet in our bedroom. He addressed our concerns and was very easy to work with and his crew did a great job repairing our rooms. Unfortunately, we have just recently had another leak from an upstairs bathroom and are currently in the process of working with Liberty again since we had a good experience with their work in the past. Greg was great to work with when he did our assessment. Shad and his team have been great to work with on our demo (they were very careful during the demo and cleaned up very well once they had finished). We are glad to be working with Corbin again on the repair portion of our damaged flooring in the bathroom, laundry room and pantry, as well as a couple of walls and ceilings which work is currently in progress. I definitely recommend Liberty and trust them to do our restoration work.

  Had them repair our house, we were told they would bill our insurance company Directly which they did not do. Never heard from them for almost a year and thought the insurance company and liberty restoration had taken care of the bill. Then out of the blue they sent a bill (again after almost a year) demanding payment for the job and they were not negotiating. If we did not pay them within 1 week, they were calling in their legal team and putting a lien on our home. They refused to work out a payment plan or anything. Very poor business practices!
