  Everyone at Liberty Restoration made my water damaged home insurance claim much easier to get through than I anticipated. Everyone was friendly and responsive and the quality of work during the rebuild was great. I hope I never have to go through another claim, but I'll be using Liberty if I do.

  We used Liberty Restoration after a pipe broke and flooded our newly finished basement. Jason and the team at Liberty were very professional and on top of everything. They had great communication and were so great to explain everything. The process was so much smoother than I expected it to be after a flood. I would recommend them 100%.

  IMy insurance company said Liberty was one company that they had used and had success with.Icalled them and they came right out and seemed like the perfect solution. Our lower level condo had gotten water from the above condo They brought in the fans quickly and Dried out the wettness. I asked them for a Bid to do the repair work.I intended to get more than one bid.. Called several times to find out about bid and when they would be out..One of employees came out and Cut out a section of the floor..not in the pantry or somewhere not noticeable but Very evident. I had not contracted with them and I was furious.I had not decided whether I was going to replace floor. They told me the insurance company required them to have a sample..which was not true.The insurance company gave me an estimate and wrote me a check for repairs. My decision to replace floors or not. Late last Thursday I got a text from some guy and said I could be there tomorrow to start work...who is this guy? Who does he work for? I had no idea what was going on.I said no..I had gotten no Bid or anything from Liberty..In a few minutes Liberty man called and asked why I turned down the work...I said I had no idea who that guy was that texted me and had not gotten a bid from them. He said"I am not going to deal with this," And hung up..I called Liberty to complain and the guy said he would check into it. Called me next day and apologized but I was/am very unhappy about the way I was treated..I explained that I wanted them to come repair the damage they did to my kitchen floor...so far nothing. Take no pleasure in writing this...have never written a public complaint before but I have come to use reviews to decide to use a business or not...I felt I should give my experience to help others make a decision. BEWARE
