He did an amazing job. He was extremely helpful and transparent through the entire process. His work was exceptional and quick! Communication and customer service were top-notch from start to finish. My 10-year-old garage door was super loud and shaky every time it opened or closed. I called A+, and they got me scheduled really fast. Kohrman came out and was awesome! He explained everything clearly, gave me a few options, and even showed me the readings so I knew what was going on. He installed a new motor and spring system and had everything done in about an hour. Then he walked me through the new setup and made sure everything worked perfectly—including the wall-mounted opener. Highly recommend A+ if you need garage door service. They really live up to their name!
