Something as simple as the trim rings around the canned light fixtures having dents and in need of replacement they will not cover under the warranty. Even though this was brought up in the walk throughs. We won't even talk about the big stuff, like plumbing not properly run to install a water softener. We have to completely tear out all the plumbing in the basement to get soft water to the rest of the home. Brand new 700k home. They care about the bottom line over there customer.
