We asked for vault locks to be put on our garages and told it would be about 2-3 weeks on the long side to have them ordered, deliveried and installed, it has now been well over 6 weeks and after 10+ phone calls I was told the parts were there, not there, in transit, installation would happen last week, up to currently now where I was told the technician's tool broke and the work could not be completed with no set date they could give me for rescheduling the service. I have talked with both Shana and Michelle who 50% of the time give me information that seems somewhat true and 50% of the time I cannot get ahold of them or I am told I will get a call back with a better answer and timeline.
