- EHEric HolleyNov 13, 20251.0One of the most disappointing vendor experiences I have ever had. We asked for vault locks to be put on our garages and told it would be about 2-3 weeks on the long side to have them ordered, deliveried and installed, it has now been well over 6 weeks and after 10+ phone calls I was told the parts were there, not there, in transit, installation would happen last week, up to currently now where I was told the technician's tool broke and the work could not be completed with no set date they could give me for rescheduling the service. I have talked with both Shana and Michelle who 50% of the time give me information that seems somewhat true and 50% of the time I cannot get ahold of them or I am told I will get a call back with a better answer and timeline.

I have had 3 different garage door companies work on them in the past and they all left not satisfied with their work…. I will only have him work on them from now on!

The door is quieter, running smoother and the sensors are tuned perfectly. We think it's performing better than when it was first installed many years ago.
