- JFJason FongNov 3, 20255.0Diamond Fence was great. They helped with a repair of ~25ft of cedar fence by replacing the posts. They used longer posts (9') going 3' into the ground for better strength. (as opposed to the typical 8' / 2' in ground setup). Hoping the new setup will last a long time. Recommend them as they actually came out to assess/quote for the repair. Other companies only gave phone quotes or had a minimum length of fence to service. Tim was very helpful and it was his idea to only replace the posts rather than the entire 25' section (posts + rails). Austin was a quick and professional installer. He took care to obtain the nice looking cedar posts. Some nitpicks: Some better care could have been taken in the perennial garden but I guess its winter soon and the plants will be dying off soon anyway. It was only him working solo so I guess there was some difficulty in maneuvering. Also, better communication about when they were actually coming could be had. I did not get any advanced notice about when they were going to show up.

However there were many hiccups along the way and the job took much longer than expected due to these hiccups. In honesty, I would use Diamond fence and recommend them. But suggest any new client be on top on what they are doing to catch anything that is out of scope in what is expected. 4 stars!
