Tony, the owner, and his team replaced a broken plastic water manifold in my basement with a new copper one, and it was clearly not a small or simple job. The work was done carefully and thoroughly, and the end result was excellent. Both Tony and Destiny were great to talk to and quickly built trust. I felt like they were focused on helping me solve my problem, not trying to squeeze more money out of me. Communication was clear the whole time, and I always knew what to expect. I called three plumbers, including two bigger companies, and they felt very salesy by comparison. Best Choice was professional, honest, and focused on doing the job right. Highly recommend.

He switched our valve out to a single lever valve. That was a lot easier to use for my wife. Had to cut in to existing tile.Made sure that the The tub was covered and protected. When he finished, the job looked great. Made sure that everything was clean. It looked like a new tubs around. Price was very reasonable. I would recommend best choice plumbing to my family and friends.
