We are in the middle of a small remodel and needed brick quickly. Tara helped us find a brick we liked and in getting it delivered exactly when we needed. She was amazing to work with.

My experience with this company is subpar.
The ordering process is pretty clunky.
Receiving my shipment was the smoothest part.
Of the 6 pallets of Belgrade pavers I ordered, one pallet contained 75% of the pavers marked with a dark red “X.” It looked like this whole pallet was a pallet of factory rejects that was shipped to me. The bad pavers ranged from super dark pavers marked with the X to pavers with multiple chipped corners or chunks missing from the pavers.
I had to reduce the square footage of my project due to this.
I returned the pallets to their material yard and was supposed to be refunded money for each pallet but I haven’t received a check for the pallet refund.
All in all, not a business I’d recommend to anyone. Hard to interact with and their clunky ordering process is likely what leads to poor record keeping and issuing of refunds.

No one answers the phone and when I visted the store was completely ignored. I asked for some prices on stone I was interested in and the lady at the desk said there was nobody there would could give me a price.

Jen Cherrington at Beehive Brick & Stone inspires our comments. She is the consummate sales professional and customer service representative. Her product knowledge is deep in the areas of stone, brick and pavers. Even though Jen was not the assigned sales person for our contractor, she was willing to spend whatever time we needed to answer our questions and assist in our long buying process.
We have been working on the design and now construction of our home for 3 years. I’m a numbers person by profession and, due to the size of our project, it was important to me while putting the budget together to engage with people who could catch the vision of our undertaking, provide creative input and help us dial in the quantities and price for our stone and brick. We did this well ahead of the time we would actually need the product. Jen even gave us recommendations of who she felt were good masons.
Jen has been working with us now for the better part of the 3 years. When we first arrived at Beehive, at the direction of our contractor, our contractors salesperson was not in the store. Jen was available and gladly stepped in to help, even though she knew it was another salespersons account. We hope Beehive will compensated her appropriately.
Jen spent time to listen to the vision we had for our house. She looked at our plans. Jen offed constructive recommendations. She provided pictures and addresses of homes that used the products we were considering. We could go and see the stone and brick on buildings. Jen even delivered samples to our home.
Since we were in the buying process well ahead of the time we would actually need the product, Jen helped us monitor pending price increases which allowed us to put down a deposit to lock in pricing. Additionally, Jen even helped us monitor product availability. We happened to choose a brick that was not easily made and was going to be in short supply. We were able to buy up the remaining supply.
We hope to unveil the finished product in the near future. Right now there are only limited pictures from under the snow and plastic.
We love Jen and the passion, honesty and integrity she brings to her work. We highly recommend Jen and Beehive Brick & Stone and would use them again in a heartbeat! In fact, this is the second home we have used Beehive for brick and stone.

I came here to see some samples of stone for my ivory home. The product I was interested in had a bright spotlight shining on it with a major yellow temperature color. I was pretty bothered by this since I'm going to be having this product on the outside of the home in natural light. Unfortunately there wasn't a sample available to be taken outside. When I told the staff to tell the owner to put up white or more natural color lighting for the future they just chuckled and said "yeah" like they weren't going to say anything. The yellow temperature light really changes the way the stone looks. I brought in my very bright white headlamp so I could see close to the true color of the product. I believe most of these stones will be on the outside of people's homes, so it makes more sense to have natural lighting. When I first came in I had to go to the back to get some help. I felt the service wasn't very good either. I've provided photos of a picture with the yellow spotlight and one with my headlamp. They look like two different stones.
