  My 30 yr old garage door finally took a dump and I worked with Connor to find a solution. He took the time to walk us through all the available options, clearly explaining pros and cons without making me feel rushed or pressured into a decision. Professional, patient, knowledgeable- I’m happy with my decision and look forward to getting my new door installed.

  Had them come out to inspect my garage doors and they said I needed springs, cables and a bunch of work. I asked them if they could do a Annual Lube & Tune and 24-Point Safety Inspection for now while I reviewed there estimate. They charged me $130 to spray lube on the rollers of my 2 garage doors it.took less then 5 minutes. That's all they did. If that wasn't bad enough the next day I see an A+ add on TV for the same service for $49 per door. Needless to say I won't be using these guys.

  Dillon was very professional and helpful. He installed a new receiver for my garage door and provided me with a new working remote. The price for everything was on the higher end, but not unreasonable. Overall I had a good experience with A+ and would recommend them.

  I ended up choosing another company due to the sales process approach rather than the product. The sales process felt pressure-driven with better pricing only offered after urgency tactics and requests for competitor estimates, which undermined trust. I ultimately went with a vendor who provided straightforward pricing and a more respectful, transparent experience from the start.

  My garage door broke and I could not get it closed. I called A plus they were able to get a technician out same day. The people on the phone were helpful and friendly. They called and gave me a 15 min heads up that the technician would be there. Jordan was friendly and knowledgeable he got my door closed and secured. We talked about options for fixing the problem. They offer financing as an option. I was unable to pay for a replacement at this time but in the next couple months when I am ready I will for sure be using this company.
