They tried to claim things were mandatory and conveniently an extra charge, and only gave way after multiple push backs that is was strongly reccomended for sound improvement, but not required. They then left with the garage not opening all the way saying my entire system was broken, and needed replacing with another service call and fee ( and directly told me reprogramming it wouldn't work). It only took me about two minuets to reprogram and fix the garage myself. Overall I found it very dishonest and requested our home warrenty to black list them from our home. Fast forward a couple weeks we had increasing issues with our garage. A second company came out. They had to redo all the work that was done, and replace some damaged new parts due to poor instillation. I would not recommend working with this company.
