- JLJake LewisOct 27, 20251.0After confirming 3x with multiple people that the generator would have the proper connections, it was delivered without the proper connections or extension cord. The delivery drive then went to snag what he claimed as an adapter, its wasn't, it needed to be hard wired in by an electrician, but the cable gauge they gave us wasn't the right gauge to be able to convert to the attachment we needed. Rather than helped the technician left because he had a meeting and told us to figure it out. After calling 3x over a few hours I finally got ahold of someone who then said I would have to wait for their technicians to call. After talking to the tech, they were unable to help us figure anything out. We ended up using ChatGBT to find a solution and hardwire something in. I was also told 3x that a manager would call to talk to me, and one never did. I also asked that the generator be picked up by a certain time the next morning and it was not and the venue our event at threatened to fine us. Overall a horrible experience, no one did what they said they would do, no manager ever called. Would not recommend your services.

Rarely do you find someone that can help (with options you didn't think of) in a timely manor. Untied pulled our grits out a fire when we needed a specialty piece of equipment with no notice and then proceeded to help us service a separate piece of equipment (again no notice) on a weekend so it could be back on a job making money by Monday. If there was a 6 star option, they would have my vote for it. Well done!!!
