- DDDawn2 days ago1.0Poor customer service. They take forever to respond when both elevators break down in the building that I live in, making it so that people that are in wheelchairs or have other disabilities can't go upstairs to their apartments. Worst company there is; do not use them.

I have never in my life has an elevator that needs to be serviced every week but it's almost as if they are sabotaging it every time t I actually get them to come out
