  James at just right plumbing was fantastic we were super impressed. Very thorough, clearly loves and cares about his job a lot and is very enthusiastic about plumbing and gave us very honest and fair insight into what would need to be done/what is recommended to be done. Definitely pleased with the service we received!

  Jose Lino was great... He did AC maintenance and added a booster to the capacitor to help the AC compressor... He went through the whole AC system and showed me where problems were coming down the road... he said its not urgent, but be aware its coming... he even hosed down and cleaned up the AC unit to help it get a fresh start for the season. He was nice, friendly, and informative. Thanks Jose!!

  The detailed examination of the environment and thorough explanation of the options - benefits and advantages - much appreciated. We've always had great experiences with Just Right and this is no exception. Update: 4/6 less than 2 weeks after install of the Elite system at a fairly hefty price tag, we co.e back from a weekend away and the brand-new system is dead. I contacted Just Right and they said a tech would be out between 9 and 11. At 11 I contacted them and was told the tech was running late on another job. When the tech finally got here, it was discovered the fann motor is not responding. The soonest they can get a replacement will be the next day. The biggest concern I have is what appears to me to be the lack of urgency Just Right is showing. I recognize our brand new "Elite" system is likely a fraction of a percentage of their revenue, but that it is their best in class and within two weeks it is dead, it is receiving considerably less attention than I have experienced from Just Right up to this point.

  Crozby was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to fix both our sink and toilet, and the difference is night and day. He was professional, quick, and really knew what he was doing. What stood out the most was how much he genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right—not just a quick fix, but a solid, lasting repair. He explained things clearly, showed up on time, and left everything clean when he was done. It’s hard to find someone this reliable and thorough. I would 100% recommend Crozby to anyone needing plumbing work done!
