- WJWendy St James1 day ago1.0There should be a "zero star button." These guys contacted me and said they could come deliver my swim spa within the hour and I told them I would not be home, but someone would. They came and dropped a huge swim spa completely the wrong direction (180 degrees off ) from the electrical wiring, which was obviously near the house. They refused to come back and fix THEIR MISTAKE, and blamed it on the person who was nice enough to meet their scheduling needs and sign off on the delivery. I would never hire them because of a total disregard for the layout of the tub, no apology to me as the home owner, and wanting to charge me $800 to fix THEIR MISTAKE. What a joke. Backwards. Real nice.

They are good people with good moving practices so that you can trust they will get the job done right! I forgot to take a picture of them moving the swim spa, but I do have a picture of the spa to gauge the size. It was no problem for them.

We went to their showroom and liked what we saw plus the individual we worked with was knowledgeable and straightforward and no pressure or sales gimmicks.We ordered the color we wanted and it was delivered the same week they told us it would come in. I thought it would be difficult to get the large hot tub down some rock stairs and into the location we wanted it, they obviously knew what they were doing and had it in place quickly. ,price was great also. I would recommend them highly
