  The purchase and scheduling went smoothly. When the builders arrived, it took them a couple of hours to build. The shed looks great!

  We had a pretty significant issue come up — and to be transparent, about 10% of it was on me. It wasn’t a small mistake (this didn't have anything to do with the quality of the sheds or the consturction), and it definitely took some back and forth to work through. It wasn’t resolved overnight, but quickly. That said, what really matters is how a company responds when something goes wrong. They ultimately stepped up in a big way. They invested time, effort, and money to make it right, even when they didn’t necessarily have to go as far as they did. I respect a business that stands behind its work, especially when fixing the situation isn’t easy. They did the right thing — and that speaks volumes. I appreciate the resolution and the accountability. We had two Tuff Sheds built. They look amazing and are a solid build. Thank you, Jeff and team!!

  Fantastic experience with every department at Tuff Shed! Starting with Katherine in sales, who helped with the design process and selecting the right financing, she was very patient and accommodating as I changed the design and size several times. Kaitlynn in the permit department went above and beyond getting our permits, easements, and inspections dialed in and over the finish line. I always received a prompt call-back or text when I reached out, and my concerns were always addressed. The biggest credit goes to the install team who working in frigid wind for days getting the job done, beautifully. It would be great if everyone had this level of customer service!

  Terrific product! Kat Windhorst is an awesome designer! We needed a custom size mail box drop shed for our community of 200 people. Altitude 7800 ft. Kat engineered it for heavy snow loads and perfect roof shedding. We are thrilled by its attractive and functional look. So grateful for the Tuff Shed team…Kat, Bob, Hugo, Kelly, Dakota! Amazing design and install team! Highly recommended!
