Ethan has always been an exceptional service provider in his manner of helping resolve occasional technical problems. Always extraordinarily patient and responsive. I've worked with Tech advisors from Lennox, York, American Standard, Bryant, Carrier, ICP, Rheem, all of the major brands at one time or other and Ethan is one of my favorite technical advisors among all these various distribution chains. Ethan's calm cool helpful demeanor is unmatched. Thank you Ethan.
- DVDylan VJul 18, 20251.0This is not rating on the store itself. The local stores have done everything that they can and I appreciate it more than I can express. It’s a rating on Trane as a company. They changed their technical support for commercial recently and it does not work AT ALL. I have been trying for TWO MONTHS to get in touch with Trane’s commercial tech support to NO AVAIL. I’ve been given dozens of different phone number to call and have received ZERO HELP. This is what is going to cause Trane to lose ALL of their commercial sales. If companies can’t get tech support, we won’t sell their equipment. I’m beyond irritated at the entire situation and have had to write off HOURS of my time as a technician just on the phone trying to get help. My suggestion as a technician at this point, DON’T BUY OR SELL TRANE
