  We have our reverse osmosis system tested and filters replaced yearly by Superior Water. They do a great job of maintaining our system. This trip seemed to go quicker than usual and I was offered a promo code, so paying for it wasn’t quite as painful.

  Tristan was very professional.he was skilled & let us know about repairs before he proceeded to make sure we approved. He's an asset to the company. He treated our home with respect ( he wore the blue booties) if we have work done again by superior water & air we're going to ask for him. great guy, great job

  We are very, very grateful to Taylor Peterson and the whole Superior team. Our Water heater began leaking gas and needed to be replaced along with our soft water system. They were professional and did the work quickly. Not only is everything working better than before but it looks better too. They found an issue with a cheap valve and replace it. Now we have much better water pressure! Thank you!!!

  I purchased my products and services through Costco. Final product is installed and working well in the end. On the first day of installation, I was not notified that open fire was about to be used for sealing pipes, and the fire alarms all sounded for a few minutes. Then, just before the installers were ready to leave for the day, there was a CO2 alarm warning that was sounding for 20-30 minutes. The alarms were detecting and alerting to CO2 warning danger. At first Donnie said I should check the batteries in the detectors. Both CO2 detectors were indicating values greater than 0 (zero) and caused the whole household of "smoke/detectors" to alarm and voice CO2 danger. I informed Donnie that the main detectors were Lithium batteries that were not replaceable, and the two CO2 detectors, one was in a wall socket and the other I tested with a reset and batteries were fine. Donnie was not using a CO2 detector. They then decided to cover and seal the exhaust vent pipes which had been left open due to NOT having a proper cap to seal it. I am glad that my CO2 detectors were working as the team was ready to leave for the day. Once the duct pipe was covered and sealed the CO2 values on the detectors began to drop until the alams finally shut off. This could have resulted in serious injury or worse had it not been detected by my CO2 detectors if the installers had left for the day with the issue undetected. Some of the installation debris was left behind, still waiting for them to return and remove it.
