  I got to the office about 15 minutes before the closing time and they helped me efficiently and took care of my order even though it put them past closing time. Highly recommend using this company. A much better experience than the previous fencing company I went to.

  The original purchase went very well. They were quick to estimate and gather the supplies I needed. However, my project got cancelled, and I needed to return everything. I was aware of their restocking fee (10% for less than $200, and 15% for more than $200). However.... they arbitrarily close their office to the public for company training meetings. No customer service those days. They were looking at me through the locked doors, and would not come help me. I was not happy to have a wasted trip just because they didn't want to help me that day, so I left a 1 star review. I went back later, and they were very helpful to give me the 85% refund, and they felt bad that they had to keep 15% for restocking. Again very helpful, so I updated this review from 1 star to 3 stars.

  We haul scrap metal for a living and get a lot of work from this place. The staff is very friendly and the place is very nice

  Wow, what an amazing company to work with. From start to finish, every employee I came into contact with was incredibly kind and professional. They are timely, accurate and did everything just as they said they would. Even the installers were easy to communicate with and finished the job quickly and exactly as I wanted!

  Great company to work with! I have used them for several projects, from DIY things for my home, to installed projects at a couple of my properties. The level of customer service and professionalism they provide simply can't be beat.
